What this does and does not do

This platform does not hold the price of your goods. You pay the courier in cash at the door, exactly as you always have. What sits in escrow is a bond the seller posts, equal to the courier fee plus our commission.

That single change removes the incentive behind the common scam: creating orders costs the seller money up front, so flooding couriers with fake deliveries stops being free.

1. 1. Seller creates the order. The courier fee and commission are locked from their wallet balance. If they cannot cover it, the order is not created.
2. 2. Buyer confirms it is genuine. An SMS link asks the buyer to confirm. Until they do, no courier is booked.
3. 3. Courier delivers. The buyer pays cash at the door as normal. Delivery proof is recorded.
4. 4. Buyer confirms receipt. Within 48 hours. If they say nothing, the bond releases automatically — silence cannot hold a seller's money.
5. 5. Settlement. The courier fee returns to the seller and we take our commission.

The buyer refuses at the door

The courier still made the trip, so the seller forfeits the courier fee from their bond. No commission is charged, because no sale happened. If the refusal was not genuine, the seller can file a claim first.

The parcel never arrived, or the goods were wrong

The buyer files a claim with photos. The bond freezes immediately and an admin decides within 3 days.

Either side files a false claim

Losing a claim you filed costs more trust than simply being on the losing side of someone else's. Repeated bad faith leads to a required deposit, then suspension.

Commission is 2.50% of the order value plus ৳20.00 per settled order. It is calculated and escrowed when the order is created, so you always know the cost before you commit.
